What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, work email, company, and your message.
• Information you submit through our onboarding form, hosted by Tally.
• Booking details when you schedule a call through Google Calendar scheduling.
• Standard server logs such as IP address and browser type, kept for security only.

We only collect what we need to reply to you and to deliver our services. We do not ask for special category data, and we do not sell personal data to anyone.

Why we use it

• To answer enquiries and arrange calls, based on your request.
• To deliver agreed services, based on our contract with you.
• To meet accounting and tax obligations in Bulgaria and the EU.
• To keep the site secure, based on our legitimate interest.

Outbound campaigns for clients

When we run cold email and LinkedIn outreach for a client, that client is the data controller and we act as their processor. Business contact data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest, every message identifies the sender, and every recipient can opt out at any time. Opt out requests are honoured promptly and the contact is suppressed.

Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers that help us operate: our form provider, our email and calendar providers, our hosting provider, and our accountants. They act on our instructions. Where data leaves the EU, it is transferred under the European Commission standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement plus the retention period required by Bulgarian accounting law.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Email kasper@agencyevolution.eu and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.
